The Grand Regency Costumed Promenade is the first event of the week long Jane Austen Festival and an opportunity to photograph many Jane Austen followers, who dress up in full costume to parade through the streets of Bath .It is a great opportunity to photograph portraits of people  as most of the attendees are happy to pose for photographers.

The parade begins at the Holborn Museum on Great Pultney Street, Bath at 11 am, those taking part will gather from around 9.30am in Sydney Gardens at the back of the Museum.
