We had planned to spend the majority of the meeting talking about the new competition software to make sure everyone was confident to enter competition next season. It seems that most of you have manage to log on and enter images into the test competition so we may not need the whole evening on this, so we will widen the remit and discuss anything competition - so if you still need help with Photo Entry, Penny will do a how to session, but also of need help preparing images for competitions or would like someone to critique an image or two before you enter it bring them along, bring along your laptop if you have one and any images you would  to discuss. 

We will also talk about upcoming trips including sunset at Clevedon Pier in early June and a dusk till dawn trip to London, for which we need to finalise a date, If there is sufficient interest I can organise a Butterfly and Bugs trip to Morgans Hill and/or another trip to Langford lakes, although Tim Tapley has moved away from the area this trip has always been popular, so I think there may be some interest for this. 

If you cannot make the meeting but are interested in any of the trips let me know and If you have any ideas for any  future trips we would love to hear them and hopefully we will soon have a new “What’s On" feature on the website that will have ideas for outings  that you may like to do in smaller groups through the What’s App group chat.
